Randy brings a vibrant perspective and impressive experience as a distinguished leader in both domestic and international markets. His career includes notable positions at NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies, where he has driven success for leading organizations such as Nissan, Caterpillar, Lydall, and Eos Energy.
Moreover, Randy’s appointment honors Silicon Ranch’s proud tradition of employing veterans of the United States Armed Forces. He launched his career with the U.S. Air Force after graduating from the prestigious Air Force Academy. Randy earned his Master of Business Administration from Wright State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
